Homeowners accuse Harrisburg City of excessive enforcement of snow removal ordinance

The Bureau of Codes office appears to be targeting homeowners to generate money for the City by issuing $215 citations after a dusting of snow in January.
It has now been 3 days since our most recent winter storm, yet today ice and snow remain on many city owned thoroughfares, alleys and sidewalks.

Thieves used knifes to slash the soft top of 4 convertible cars parked around 1100 Penn, 2nd and Cumberland Streets, to gain entry and stole small items of little value.
