It is that time again. Time for the U.S. government to come in and raid non-violent, God fearing citizens for trying to live their life in peace and perhaps support their family at the same time.

Before I share the story of what happened THIS TIME, what, exactly, is the purpose of the United States Constitution? If we go back to the very core of the Constitution, its primary purpose is to protect the rights of citizens and states of the United States. No, I am not a lawyer, but I can read, and you should too. Yet despite its primary function, I am at a loss to see how our Constitution and the keepers of the Constitution are maintaining it’s purpose and duties. Our military has been depleted, pharmaceutical companies have hijacked real science in the name of profit, and our food supply is being poisoned. Now, because one business man refuses to bend to the God of government, they government is going after him… and soon you. So here’s the story . . .

Amos Miller, an Amish farmer in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, has been raided, AGAIN, by government authorities for selling agricultural products such as meat and milk outside of the agricultural industrial complex. The “claim” this time is that is there is suspected e-coli from his products. Before we get into the science of food, let me state these few things: 1. We should be able to live our own lives and make our own decisions to buy raw milk products or meat that has not been washed down in chemicals, 2. These government authorities willing to be part of these raids need to be held accountable by their community, it is time to sanction them and clip their wings of power (and have no doubt, I love the police), 3. Every person needs to take a stand because they will come after us one by one if we don’t get our act together, and lastly, 4. These departments that are overregulating and overreaching need to be shut down… they have become weaponized against the citizens they purport to serve. We are in troubled waters. Now, let’s get into the science the government would prefer you not know.

As an informed consumer, I would use Amos Miller’s products over the grocery store products any day of the week… now it is time for you to be informed as well. It is time to lift up small farmers who are trying to do things correctly and stop big agriculture from poisoning us.

First and foremost, addressing the argument of e. coli. I’d like to point out that until fairly recently, e. coli was fairly benign and, in small amounts, should not cause food borne illnesses. We have a terrain versus germ theory argument here and let’s be clear, L. Pasteur changed his mind to the terrain theory after arguing for germ theory for many years… but I’ll leave that for another article. This particular bacteria shows up in plant material, which means you can find it in your orange juice, salad dressing, or the fresh melon you just bought. A 100% all beef (real beef) patty when handled with reasonable care formerly did not produce a food borne illness pathogen that was harmful to our system. The real issues lie in the hydrolyzed soybeans made from genetically modified soybeans. The informed consumer also realizes E. coli DNA is used as a vector in genetically modified soybeans. This means you are more likely to get it from your grocery store or a fast food restaurant than from a farmer like Amos Miller, and there are studies to back this up. It comes down to this, spoilage most rapidly occurs in meats thathave been packed with non-meat products (no, you are probably not getting 100% beef at the grocery store) and the coliform counts are higher in this beef after one day of storage (see studies below). In the Miller case (this time), authorities seizedhis buffalo meat, which is not regulated and his raw milk products.

The next big question is where do raw dairy products fall into all of this? Afterall, should someone be arrested over eggnog? Are the raw dairy products truly as dangerous as the government tells us? I write this as I had a sister who once contractedtuberculosis. At the time, the assumption was that it came from milk… curiously enough, it was pasteurized milk. With this understanding, I have been wildly curious about raw versus pasteurized milk and most people will find the information more than intriguing being that you have been lied to your whole life.

It is interesting to note that the foodborne pathogens Campylobacter, E. Coli O157:H7, Y. enterocolitica, Cryptosporidium, and Listeria, have only appeared with in the past twenty-five years.  A rather prolific writer and activist, Sally Fallon, has done tremendous research in this area.  Apparently, the CDC and FDA have failed in one big area… they haven’t been able to provide any references to support their claims that raw milk causes widespread illness. While they will report a person becoming ill after drinking raw milk, the reports rarely give evidence the illness was actually caused by the raw milk, its simply an association. In my sister’s case, she had actually been exposed to a family member with tuberculosis around the same time period (which is also questionable if it spreads that way).  All other vectors of disease seem to go unquestioned or unnoticed. Sally Fallon, writing for the Weston A Price foundation, found that, “[that the] September 2006 E.coli spinach outbreak provides another example. Over the past eight years, Organic Pastures Dairy of Fresno, California has sold over 40 million servings of raw milk without one case of illness; during the same period the California Department of Food and Agriculture has issued at least 19 recalls of pasteurized milk products in California. Frequent testing by Organic Pastures, the state of California, and the veterinary departments of local universities has failed to detect even a single human pathogen in the milk. Yet, in September 2006, after four children who had consumed raw milk and also raw spinach or sushi became ill, state officials ordered the dairy to shut down. All Organic Pastures products were recalled. Officials performed over 2,000 tests of the entire dairy operation, including swabs taken from the 300 cows, the farm, the manure and the equipment, without finding a single pathogen. The raw dairy products are now back on store shelves, yet many state health officials continue to report that Organic Pasture’s raw milk caused illness due to E. coli.”

So while our government is worried about raw milk, we have open borders that provide a superhighway for drug dealers and sex traffickers to come into our country unchecked. We arrest people for using their 1st Amendment right for freedom of speech on January 6th (I feel safe saying this, since most insurrections, I assume, do not include a tour guide) while we released convicts from their jail cells during the Covid lockdown craziness.  But apparently the real threat is raw milk and that is the hill our government is willing to die on.  Feeling safe and protected?
