Harrisburg , Pennsylvania – Patrice W. Thompson, 40, of Harrisburg is facing two felonies, filed by Susquehanna Township Police Department, in relation to showing obscene materials to young students last week at Thomas Holtzman Elementary School in Susquehanna Township School District (STSD).
According to the police complaint, police reported that three students, one as young as 9 years old, reported to Acting Principal Joshua Gibson, on Friday, April 17th, that an adult lunch aide – that being Mr. Thompson – showed them an explicit video on his phone, the two days prior (Wednesday and Thursday).
The students told Mr. Gibson that the video was a naked lady, engaged in a sexual act with herself. Susquehanna Twp. Police corroborated this account with all three children.
Thompson was taken into custody as he arrived to school, according to the complaint, filed by the School Resource Officer Corporal Christopher D. Haines.
Thompson is facing two felonies (of 3rd degree) for Disseminating Explicit Sex Material to a Minor; and two misdemeanors for Corruption of Minors.
