Veterans Affairs & Emergency Prep Committee resolution could end Gov. Wolf’s emergency declaration in Pennsylvania H.R. 836

Harrisburg, Pa – The House Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee will be voting on H.R. 836 on Thursday, May 21 at 9:15 a.m.

H.R. 836 would terminate the Governor’s disaster emergency.

Pennsylvania State Representative Stephanie Borowicz plans to vote in favor of ending Wolf’s unconstitutional disaster emergency declaration to reopen the Pa economy.

Borowicz said this resolution will “terminate the Governor’s powers and authority, and puts the power back into the hands of the people again.”
