10 shots fired during drive-by shooting on 3rd St. in Harrisburg
Harrisburg Police responded to the scene of a reported drive-by shooting in broad daylight at 3rd and Woodbine Streets. One resident said she heard 10 shots fired from a vehicle.
It is unknown if the suspects remain a threat to public safety.
Three young children abandoned in vehicle as felon with loaded gun runs from Police in Uptown Harrisburg
As the vehicle pulled over in the 2600 block of Jefferson Street, Karelle Middleton exited the driver’s seat and began running south.
When the suspect fled he left three small children in the vehicle: a 3-year-old, a 5-year-old, and an 8-year-old. Police found a loaded Smith and Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol in his jacket. The firearm had an obliterated serial number.
Children jump from window in house fire that claims life of grandmother in Uptown Harrisburg
Two men saved three kids hanging out of the window on the top floor of the burning house. The grandmother was not able to escape.
