Harrisburg officials named in federal lawsuit for alleged real estate scheme
Several high profile figures are named in the lawsuit including Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse, and Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick.
The plaintiffs claim that the defendants targeted private property owners as part of an illegal rezoning plan coordinated by the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority.

This incident occurred in the Harrisburg Hilton Hotel during the 2017 Mayoral debate. Singleton and Rowbottom were both in attendance at the debate event that took place that evening in the 2nd floor Ballroom.
