New Report: Property Scandal Involving Jacki Parker
Harrisburg, PA – Rowbottom vs. Singleton Update
Dauphin County released evidence today to the plaintiff, Timothy Rowbottom, in his case against Karl Singleton, Senior Advisor to Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse.
On May 09, 2017, around 9 p.m., the plantiff alleges that Mr. Singleton threatened the man in a physically intimidating manner, and alluded to knowing his home address. This incident occurred in the Harrisburg Hilton Hotel during the 2017 Mayoral debate. Singleton and Rowbottom were both in attendance at the debate event that took place that evening in the 2nd floor Ballroom.
When Rowbottom attempted to serve the Harrisburg Police department today, he was told “No” they can’t accept the supoena.
When asked to put it in writing, HBG PD complied and accepted the supoenas for more evidence.
Harrisburg City Solicitor Neil Grover also attempted to withhold evidence when he aggressively approached the plaintiff in city hall recently.
In a similar politically motivated threat, it’s also been alleged that the defendant Karl Singleton physically threatened Dauphin County Commissioner Jeffrey Haste after an informal meeting several years ago. That particular incident was broken up by other county officials who were present.
