Carrie Fowler signaled support of a policy to de-criminalized prostitution and drug offenses in Harrisburg, similar to a policy recently announced by progressive officials in nearby Baltimore, Maryland.
The endorsements come at a time when Fowler is facing increased scrutiny of her decades-long criminal record, including assault, harassment (two counts), disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, and numerous DUI’s.

Ellison specifically referred to Carrie Fowler as a “culture vulture,” who is condescending the black community by offering Huggies and Middleswarth chips in exchange for support.
Gloria Martin-Roberts used strong words to excoriate incumbant Mayor Eric Papenfuse, accusing him of defamation of character, and she highlighted a pattern of his dirty political tactics.
It was also revealed that Fowler was sentenced to serve a period of probation as punishment for her decades-long crime spree. Ellison was outraged by this and said, “After all those charges? She should be under the damn prison by now.”

Mayor Eric Papenfuse of Harrisburg was interviewed by racial activists on a fringe podcast called ‘Shoobin It Real’ in the city on Sunday afternoon. Papenfuse used their social media platform to attack his critics, and to broadcast lies about private citizens in what appeared to be a collaborative effort that was partially scripted and rehearsed.

According to Shoob, people are saying that Eric Papenfuse doesn’t serve black neighborhoods in Harrisburg, and they are calling him the mayor of Midtown, or the mayor of 3rd Street where he owns many commercial properties. Shoob blasted Papenfuse for using Karl Singleton as his token black friend to gain votes. He said Papenfuse has been exposed for awarding city contracts to his campaign donors, many of whom are Republican.
