Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – The new construction of a Take 5 Oil Change is planned to be built between Lowe’s Home Improvement store and Ashley Furniture along Union Deposit Road in Lower Paxton Township. The location is adjacent to the intersection at l-83, and is surrounded by other retailers including Rita’s Italian Ice, Waffle House, IHOP, Big Lots, and Price Rite.
A conditional use permit application as well as final land development plans were approved by Lower Paxton Township officials earlier in the year for construction of a 1,740 square-foot building, which will feature three service bays.
A home that was built in 1960 has been demolished to make way for a retailer.
Take 5 is also planning to open a 4,248-square-foot drive-thru car wash location in North Middleton Township near Carlisle. The company has facilities across the country but, it doesn’t have any locations in Pennsylvania, according to its website.
Take 5 Car Wash and Oil Change is part of DrivenBrands and is a sister company of Meineke and Maaco.
