Mastriano’s campaign was founded on a grassroots movement with an army of supporters in Pennsylvania, and many have been following his progress since the early days of the pandemic when he began broadcasting live fireside chats daily. Mastriano connected directly with the people and provided comfort and security for citizens at a time when Governor Tom Wolf and Health Secretary Levine were shielded from public criticism.
Mastriano has confirmed with Harrisburg100 that he is not attending the event at Spooky Nook in Lancaster County on October 21. Mastriano will appear at his scheduled campaign tour stops this weekend near Allentown, Pa.
