Harrisburg, PA – On August 11, 2018, Antoine Maurice Black, Jr. was arrested for several firearms- and drug-related offenses after he fled from Harrisburg Police Street Crimes Unit and Adult Probation Officers on the 2100 block of N 5th Street.
Black was detained on the 500 block of Forrest Street. During a search of his person, Officers found a large amount of cash, as well as crack cocaine. A probable cause search of Black’s vehicle revealed 6 ounces of crack cocaine, street valued at approximately $17,000. There was additional cash found in the vehicle, bringing the overall total cash to $7,398.80.
Prior to his arrest, Black also discarded a black Glock 23 .40 semi-automatic pistol and a magazine with additional ammunition, which was recovered.
Black was charged with one count each of Possession of Firearm Prohibited, Firearms Not to Be Carried W/O License, Possession With Intent, Resisting Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was denied bail and committed to Dauphin County Prison.
