Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — PAGOP committee members are speaking out, some on social media, some issuing statements strictly to their fellow state committee members; and some passing along their thoughts to Harrisburg100, regarding the integrity of the PAGOP Chairman’s election, and the endorsement votes scheduled to take place at the PAGOP Winter Meeting, Feb. 8th in Camp Hill.
Here, we share those statements – and will update as they are received.
Guy Berkebile, Chairman of the Somerset County Republican Committee, shared with Harrisburg100 that he emailed the PAGOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas to express he’s also endured intimidating tactics of Cambria County Chairwoman Jackie Kulback, following (candidate) Joshua Prince’s revelation. “The …accusations against Kulback are behaviors I have been subjected to numerous times, primarily in the last gubernatorial and senate elections. I know (Tabas) is aware of these actions by (Kulback). … If needed, I will testify to these behaviors in a hearing.”
Charlotte Shaffer, Adams County Republican Chairwoman, also took to penning an email to Tabas, that she also shared on social media. “Given the toxic environment and blatant intimidation tactics at play I am formally demanding that all elections conducted at the Republican Party of Pennsylvania’s State Committee Meeting on Feb. 8, 2025 be held using secret paper ballots. Election Integrity starts at home.”
Rick Rathfon, Chairman of the Clarion County Republican Committee, issued a statement via Harrisburg100 that the: “backdoor deals” and intimidation tactics being employed for the PAGOP Chairman’s race need to stop immediately. (We) had a huge victory, electing Donald J. trump as the 47th President of the U.S. and Dave McCormick, defeating “do-nothing” Bob Casey. We need to maintain a high standard of integrity in our state party; if these people drag our party into the ‘swamp,’ we may lose races in 2026 and beyond! (We) preached ‘election integrity’ in 2024 so we must have secret paper ballots on Feb. 8 to ensure that State Committee members can feel free to vote for their preferred candidate and not one they are forced to vote for out of fear of reprisal!
John Ventre, former Committee Member at Westmoreland County Republican Committee also issued a statement to Harrisburg100: “When I ran for PA Governor in 2022, Jackie Kulback went out of her way to influence committee members to support Dave White and asked me to leave a meeting we were both at. I later found out that she endorsed Dave White and was clearly in his pocket.”

There is nothing more important then election integrity for political organizations. In 2022 over 40 duly elected Precinct Committee members were never seated in Berks County including me – Jamie Kyle (Douglass 2 Precinct Committee person). The PA GOP is aware of this situation and has been unable to resolve it. County organizations consistently go rouge. I can only imagine the lack of election integrity at the state level.

She worked with the Democratic Party to assure that President Trump lost the 2020 election by way of massive election Fraud, and she assured that the 2022 election was also rigged and we see how that worked out for Republicans,The fraud was obvious! Shapiro, Like QuidProJoe China Biden didn’t even campaign, as Shapiro followed Biden’s lead and refused to debate or go on the campaign trail, but we are supposed to believe Shapiro won ? And brain dead fetterman won as well? No freaking way!

The PAGOP is protecting the completely corrupt Bucks County Republican Committee, which operates under illegal bylaws that have been in place for 52 years. They can’t be changed and enable the corrupt county chair to hand-pick all of the the endorsements through her appointed “executive committee” and the duly elected committee members have no vote in endorsements. It’s a candidate selection racket and they use it to fill the State Committee seats with RINO establishment loyalists. Tabas and the PAGOP turn a blind eye to the corruption because it gives them power to rig internal elections and endorsements. Disgusting.
