Gettysburg, Pennsylvania — Broadcasting live on Veterans Day at an event in McSherrystown to commemorate fellow Americans who have served in the military, Colonel Douglas Mastriano described the need for legislation to require media conglomerates to file in-kind contributions to political campaigns due to the practice of strategically favoring leftwing narratives and shadow banning conservative perspectives.

Colonel Mastriano, who was again re-elected as Pennsylvania Senator, plans to pursue legislation to account for these contributions beginning at the state level.

U.S. Veterans have complained that leftwing narratives are amplified by social media companies and conservative perspectives are effectively being censored.

Veterans Day was first designated by President Woodrow Wilson in 1919 to mark the end of World War 1, with Congress officially recognizing it as a federal holiday in 1926, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
