Chambersburg, Pennsylvania — Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano has uncovered an arrangement funded by the Department of Homeland Security to provide millions of dollars through an LLC based in Indiana that will bring thousands of illegal immigrants into the Scotland Campus in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
Senator Mastriano said this is an example of the border crisis coming to your town, and he warned all Pennsylvanians about the potential for mass refugee resettlement in their local communities throughout the state.
Mastriano is working to oppose the resettlement plans at the local level. In Greene Township he has determined that Scotland Campus is zoned R1, which is not permitted for mass refugee resettlement.

***FACT CHECK***- I have been working at this location since it was purchased in 2022 by the company Gable Holdings. We are actually turning the location into a summer camp for kids. Scheduled to open July 2025. Tell the truth please.

Property has been sold twice since Gable holdings. Purchased by Neil and Mayda McGowen in 2022 for $5.8 million. They sold in 2023 and now The property is currently owned by an LLC from either New York or New Jersey. TELL THE TRUTH PLEASE.
