Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – A candidate for city council in Harrisburg is being scrutinized after expressing support for the de-criminalization of prostitution and drug offenses.
Carrie Fowler posted to her official campaign social media page this week, signaling support of a policy to de-criminalize prostitution and drug offenses in Harrisburg, similar to a policy recently announced by progressive officials in nearby Baltimore, Maryland.
Fowler’s controversial position on prostitution comes at a time when she is facing public pressure to explain her decades-long criminal record, including assault, harassment (two counts), disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, and numerous DUI’s.
Harrisburg attorney James Ellison has gone public with the records of Fowler’s most brazen and violent crimes.

A lifelong joke who will say anything to get elected and attack anyone who doesn’t cater to her radical agenda. Intolerant of everyone and anything who thinks differently. Hasn’t HBG had enough of that over the years?
