On 6/9/17 Dauphin County Probation served a warrant on Shihi Thomas who lives at MW Smith Homes. While at the address officers found a loaded 22 caliber rifle, body armor, and a duffle bag containing various caliber ammunition. Thomas was mirandized and did admit to trying to create some type of bomb. ATF was contacted and took possession of the bomb making materials.
