Homeowners accuse Harrisburg City of excessive enforcement of snow removal ordinance
The Bureau of Codes office appears to be targeting homeowners to generate money for the City by issuing $215 citations after a dusting of snow in January.
It has now been 3 days since our most recent winter storm, yet today ice and snow remain on many city owned thoroughfares, alleys and sidewalks.
Similar complaints have been made on street cleaning days in Harrisburg City, regarding parking citations being given out on days when no actual street cleaning is being performed. https://wp.me/p8u3vA-2Jg
