At approximately 11:30 AM today, Monday, May 5, 2025, our school safety team approached an unidentified individual on campus. When our School Resource Officer arrived, the individual fled. Out of an abundance of caution, we immediately brought all students indoors and paused outdoor recesses while our safety team conducted a thorough sweep of the campus. This precautionary measure lasted approximately 30 minutes, and the campus has since been cleared.
Students are safe and permitted to leave campus for internships, scheduled appointments, or to travel to other buildings as needed.
This is a developing story.
