Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — U.S. Senator John Fetterman announced today that he will commit $100,000 directly to the Pennsylvania Democrat Party in support of Eugene DePasquale as the new chairman.

Fetterman posted on social media, saying, “Today, I’m committing $100,000 to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and supporting Eugene DePasquale as our next state party chair.

Eugene will play an important role in organizing and supporting our local parties in all 67 counties—and the dude can.

I’m truly inspired + excited for Eugene’s leadership.

Fetterman has not indicated how he intends to make the contribution. The Federal Elections Commission enforces strict regulations limiting contributions to state committees.
