Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – According to Harrisburg attorney James Ellison, city council candidate Carrie Fowler has a criminal record dating back twenty-five years, which includes numerous DUI charges (some at the highest levels including 4th offense tier and blood alcohol content of .16+), assault, harassment (two counts), disorderly conduct, and receiving stolen property.
Ellison published the records on social media.
It was also revealed that Fowler was sentenced to serve a period of probation as punishment for her decades-long crime spree. Ellison was outraged by this and said, “After all those charges? She should be under the damn prison by now.”
