Harrisburg, Pa – Pennsylvania health secretary Dr. Levine has come under fire with state lawmakers in the House and Senate who are calling for her removal.
Dr. Levine’s actions have been likened to an insider trading scandal by Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Levine has been harshly criticized for the state’s failed pandemic response in nursing home facilities. The outrage of Pennsylvanians was further enflamed after it was learned that she removed her own mother from a nursing home just before the state ordered contagious COVID-19 positive residents back into nursing home facilities from the hospitals, prior to being fully recovered.
Tucker Carlson said Dr. Levine’s policies turned the nursing homes into “death traps,” and the situation in Pennsylvania is one of the most shocking and offensive examples.
