Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — Ashley Duff, the Washington County Republican Committee (WCRC) Chairwoman who was the target of a challenge filed with the PA GOP, will retain her seat as will her fellow executive offers, she announced Friday, Jan. 31.
In her email to county committee members, she shared the PA GOP’s findings:
“The PA GOP Credentials Committee’s Findings are as follows:
A. We found no malfeasance on the part of any WCRC members or any of the candidates for WCRC office;
B. While there were some technical oddities and/or inconsistencies between the WCRC bylaws and how the election was conducted, no procedural actions were deemed to be fatal flaws nor did they materially impact the outcome;
C. Despite a very lengthy and protracted voting process, the voting for WCRC Chairman appeared to be consistent across both ballot cycles favoring Ashley Duff.
The PA GOP also advised that the WCRC to review its bylaws to assure its consistency with WCRC members’ intent and conformity with PA GOP bylaws.

Funny how the PAGOP instructs WCRC to ensure its bylaws conform to the PAGOP bylaws but the same PAGOP under Lawrence Tabas is protecting the corrupt Bucks County Republican Committee, whose bylaws are blatently inconsistent with the bylaws of state committee, and have completely corrupt provisions. The Bucks GOP bylaws have not been changed in 52 years, and enable the county chair to hand-pick the people that her appointed “executive committee” will endorse, and prevent any MAGA people from taking over leadership of the committee from the Establishment RINOS.
