Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – A doorbell video showing a man being bit by a police K9 while sitting on the front porch of a home in Susquehanna Township has gained attention nationwide.
The K9 from Lower Paxton Township was with officers investigating the murder of a 16 year-old in the Whisperwood Apartments, and appeared to suddenly attack the man as he sat on the porch.
According to his friend, the man had left work to come home early for police to conduct a search of his home in connection to the murder investigation.
It was reported that the man was initially treated with a tetanus shot. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
