Citizens question Commissioner’s use of Dauphin County vehicle night of public intoxication, fight at bar on Feb. 15
The commissioner was allegedly cut-off by bartender “Ruthie” at the St. Lawrence Club, who threatened to call the police on Hartwick following an altercation in the bar on Saturday Feb 15.
By 1:25 a.m. Sunday, the commissioner was intoxicated at the 7-11 store on Derry Street where he was found by police.
Hartwick’s county vehicle was left in the store’s lot for pick up later.
