Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — The Vartan Group announced that a CHASE Bank will soon complement a mixed-use community in Harrisburg. Construction has begun on a new 3,500 square foot bank at 2323 Linglestown Road, located across the street from Giant Food at the Blue Mountain Commons in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County.
CHASE Bank has recently opened several locations around the Harrisburg area, and another is currently under construction on the Carlisle Pike near the new BJ’s Wholesale Club in Mechanicsburg.

The bank will be part of a planned development including a senior living community, an early child development center, an urgent care medical center, and a dental office. The project is being managed by associates with The Ferber Company, a real estate development firm based in Florida, as reported by Daniel Urie with PennLive.
Cherry Orchard Planned Community is a mixed-use development owned by the Vartan Group that is named after the rows of cherry trees planted along the perimeter.
