Hummelstown, Pennsylvania — The section of Fiddlers Elbow Road where a motor vehicle accident occurred today has been the subject of public complaints for speeding at recent township meetings.

Officials are considering speed enforcement to improve public safety.

A township resident recently spoke at a board meeting to address rampant speeding on Fiddlers Elbow Road coming from employees leaving the nearby UPS facility.

Speed humps similar to those installed on Devonshire Road in Lower Paxton Township were suggested.

A township transportation program management group is reviewing a variety of traffic calming and speed enforcement options.
