Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — On November 10, 2024, at approximately 4pm, Lower Paxton Bureau of Police came in contact with Heather Hoffmaster and Jermay Largent, while the two were in the parking lot near Burlington Coat Factory on Union Deposit Rd. While speaking with Hoffmaster and Largent, police observed multiple indicators of criminal activity. A search of their vehicle was completed, where a firearm and drugs were recovered; both Hoffmaster and Largent were found to be persons not to possess firearms.
Hoffmaster and Largent were taken into custody and charged with one count of Possession of Firearm Prohibited (F2), and one count of Firearms not to be Carried Without a License (F3). Largent was arraigned by MDJ Johnson who set bail at $150,000.00. Hoffmaster was arraigned by MDJ Johnson who set bail at $20,000.00.
Hoffmaster and Largent were unable to post bail and was remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
