Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — On November 7, 2024 the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Princess Ave to assist Pennsylvania State Parole Agents. Upon arrival, Lower Paxton Police were informed James Blackwell, 44 years-old, and Isaac Blackwell, 22 years-old, were found to be in possession of multiple firearms and that both men were prohibited from possessing firearms.
The Blackwell’s were taken into custody and both men were charged with (1) count of Person Not to Possess Firearms – Felony 2. They were later arraigned by MDJ Lenker who set bail at $25,000.00 for each of the men. The Blackwell’s were unable to post bail and were remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
