The following crimes were allegedly committed by individuals for which ICE issued a detainer to Cumberland County Prison. (Note to readers: Dauphin County failed to produce any information in response to a similar right-to-know request.)

Hampden Township: Jorge Antonio Gutierrez, 38, reportedly of Elkton, Md., was committed to Cumberland County Prison back on Jan. 3, facing felony charges for his role, alongside another suspect, in robbing the M&T Bank on Simpson Ferry Road, on Dec. 27, 2023.  Gutierrez faces two felonies – Robbery and Conspiracy to Rob from a financial institution – and two theft-related misdemeanors.  Court dockets show both felonies and a single misdemeanor  were dismissed; he was released this week.  

Carlisle: David Conner Bolton, 33, reportedly of Carlisle, spent a month in prison early this year, after the Office of the Attorney General, filed two felony Child Pornography counts against him. He is now registered as a Tier 1 Megan’s Law offender.

Silver Spring Township: Jairol Alexander Ruiz-Aguirre, 37 reportedly of Staten Island, NY, was charged with felony Organized Retail Theft in connection to a November 2023 incident.  Her served time in Cumberland County Prison from December 13, 2023 to May 1, 2024. 

Wormleysburg: Brisaida Margarita Torrealba-Colmenarez, 27, listed as homeless, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, in December 2023. She spent 12 nights in CCP between Dec. 9-Dec. 21. In May 2024, she was listed as living in East Pennsboro, Pa. and charged for driving w/o a license; and faced that same charge for a second inciden (driving w/o a license) in September 2024.  

Lower Allen Township: Maria Veleria Martinez-Garcia, 30, reportedly of Flushing, NY, was charged with four Retail Theft-related felonies, two Possession of Crime Instrument misdemeanors and two summary offenses for driving without a license. She spent approximately 6 weeks in CCP from Oct. 1, 2023 to Nov. 14, 2023. 

Lower Allen Township: Zelanda Stoican, 48, reportedly of Baltimore, Md., has two cases in neighboring counties, beginning with two Retail Theft-related felonies, in Lower Allen Township dating back to August 2023. That same month, she faced two misdemeanors in Dauphin County – Retail Theft and  Corruption of Minors. Also, she’s currently listed on the Fredericksburg, VA. Police Department’s Most Wanted page.
