Harrisburg, Pennsylvania — Speaking at the annual State of the City Address today, Mayor Wanda Williams announced plans to demolish and redevelop public housing projects at Hall Manor, and Hoverter Homes on the south side of Harrisburg.
Mayor Williams said the project will replace more than 220 units with diverse housing options for existing residents. The project will be funded by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant.
