The Patriot-News was a trusted source
The PennLive political machine has gone into overdrive pushing wild propaganda targeting Donald Trump this week. Perhaps nobody is surprised by this pattern that has been slowly developing over a long period of time. Although I remember an era before the days of PennLive when The Patriot-News was regarded as a trusted local source.
Even in a political town like Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, once upon a time there was a day when The Patriot-News was held to a standard of excellence that no longer exists in journalism.
Left-wing is desperate to hold power
Today, readers of many newspapers are subjected to endless content subtlety framed from a perspective to advocate for a left-wing agenda. However, the once subtle nature of their agenda has now been thrust into hyper drive.
It’s impossible to ignore the blatant propaganda and shameless attempts to assassinate the character of their political opponents. Time and time again they manufacture controversy to smear the reputation of any boisterous conservative that is well positioned to oppose the radical left-wing and the media onslaught.
It would appear that the left-wing has become desperate in its attempts to hold power.

That’s funny. I can remember a time when politicians were legitimate, vying for an elected position in order serve the public, not their self-promoted ego, or to avoid jail with the hope of pardoning themselves and their criminal organization.
Franky, the press has been far too slow calling in Trump out for what he is, instead falling back on traditional norms that assumed that if you were running for office, you did so with altruistic intent.
Kudos to Penn-Live, and every other media organization that is finally reporting what we all know to be true. Trump belongs in prison, not the White House.
If only they had done this in 2016.
