Middletown, Pennsylvania – Middletown Mayor James Curry responded to public allegations by council members that policy changes concerning Borough Council Executive Sessions were made by a “right wing boys’ club.”
The decision was made by five of seven Borough Council members, consisting of men and women, Democrats and Republicans.
