According to the New York Times, some of Robert S. Mueller III’s investigators have alleged that Attorney General William P. Barr failed to adequately portray the findings of their inquiry and that they were more troubling for President Trump than Mr. Barr indicated.  The story was published based on information provided by anonymous sources and people familiar with the investigators “simmering frustrations.”

The New York Times is desperately attempting to shape the public’s understanding of one of the most consequential government investigations in American history. According to their version, some members of Mr. Mueller’s team are concerned that, because Mr. Barr created the first narrative of the special counsel’s findings, Americans’ views will have hardened before the investigation’s conclusions become public.

The latest collusion between major media outlets and far-left democrat corruption is an attempt to spin the narrative in such a way to pin down Trump for obstruction of justice in the Russia probe, while simultaneous seeking his tax returns, and launching investigations in New York State that could target President Trump’s immediate family members.

Most of the investigations focus on President Trump or his family business or a cadre of his advisers and associates, according to court records and interviews with people briefed on the investigations. They are being conducted by officials from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, with about half of them being run by the United States attorney’s office in Manhattan.

That authority has enabled them, along with F.B.I. agents, to scrutinize a broader orbit around the president, including his family business.

The chairman of the House tax-writing committee formally requested President Trump’s tax returns on Wednesday, kicking off what could be a bruising legal fight between Congress and the Trump administration.’
