Friday January 19, 2018, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Harrisburg Police was dispatched to 400 block Muench Street to assist Attorney General Agents and Adult Probation officers.  Harrisburg Police were informed that the agents and probation officers had recovered two firearms that were reported stolen earlier that day.

Multiple Adult Probation Officers were doing a probation check at 400 block Muench Street on Cincere Burchell and requested more units to assist. Attorney General Agents arrived on scene and cleared the house. Two firearms were found in the basement and were subsequently determined to be stolen. Burchell was detained on scene by officers on scene.

Harrisburg Police Officers confirmed that the firearms were indeed the ones taken from the robbery earlier that afternoon on the same street.  Upon questioning, Burchell immediately became aggressive and would not answer.  Burchell matched the description given by the robbery victim as the individual who had the pistol during the robbery.

Attorney General Agents informed Harrisburg Police that Burchell was on adult supervision for previous firearm and PWI charges where he was being charged as an adult even though he was a juvenile at the time of arrest.  Burchell was arrested for two counts of possession of stolen property and one count of person not to possess a firearm.  He was transported to the booking center for arraignment.
